I won one of these chickens at a dog show, and presented it to my young Jack Russell, when her head nearly exploded. SHE LOVED IT, and she continues to love it. I have since purchased no fewer than 10 to have on hand to keep the puppy happy as she wears each one out. I'd recommend it for any dog, and have given many as gifts already to all my dog friends.

Our dog, Rusty, absolutely LOVES this chicken. This is the 3rd one in 3 years that we've had to buy. After serveral months he's chewed thru the middle to get to the noise maker, so at that point we take out the stuffing and he carries it around in it's "flattened state". I think he thinks it's his baby. He brings it everywhere with him. :) The elastic to "shoot" it across the room is fun, but doesn't last long either. I still give it 5 stars just because our dog loves it so much. Can't expect stuffed dog toys to last long anyway... :)

I had bought my dog this toy a long time ago and he was crazy about it! He had to stay at the vet a week after he had surgery and they threw it away :( he was so sad and wouldn't play with his toys and I found the exact toy here on amazon and I was so excited I bought it for him for Xmas and he has been playing with it ever since!! It makes a Loud noise and it slingshots very far!

Order this toy for my dog, Bonnie. She loves them. We've went through 8 of them already. She needed one for Christmas so I ordered it through Amazon, with a company called Ozbo. It wasn't here by Christmas. I kept emailing them. Finally they responded that it's out of stock and discontinued.

The toy itself is awesome - just wish they would have let me know before hand, so I could have gotten it somewhere else.

I've owned one of these squirrels for a few years now. The first one had a regular squeaker, this new one has a voice box that chirps.... The slingshot surgical tubing on the new one broke within 1 day. The old one still works fine, this happened to the new slingshot chicken we purchased too... I can tie it back through the holes, but I do not think it is safe for my dog any longer. Waste of money and time. I wish they would remake the old ones.

My chocolate lab too, has at least ten of these when we leave town he gets one as a gift from my friend who dog sits, each one he has is missing a different body part, but when he wants to play out of his billion toys he always brings us one of his many. Wish they made more animals

I bought all the "Super Chicken's" my local Walgren's had (six) after discovering my collie and mini-aussie LOVED the Super Chicken. Now after three years there is only one Super Chicken left (they have been eaten, ripped apart in tug of wars, buried? and who knows what else.) My beloved collie Shayla passed in August and now my newest addition,Shilo - a 5 month old mini-aussie, and Willie - who is now 5 years old are close to tugging the remaining life out of Super Chicken.

They have about 50 other toys, but Super Chicken is by far the favorite. In fact, Willy has lately resorted to trickery to get Super Chicken away from Shilo. It occurred to me today that I could probably go on Bing and search for Hartz Super Chicken Dog Toy and find one somewhere since Walgren's has never carried them again and I look for them EVERY time I shop so I can stock up again. Super Chicken no longer "cock-a-doodle-doo's..." which I know Willy misses... He used to LOVE running around the yard making Super Chicken "sing."

This is a VERY happy day finding Super Chicken! I will be stocking up so that I can make sure that Willy ALWAYS has a fresh super chicken on hand... Now if I can only find that great stuffed centipede they just finally destroyed last week!

Super Chicken flys and it "sings." In spite of the fact that Willy LOVES to pull all the stuffing out of his toys he seemed to love this toy so much that Super Chicken still have most of his stuffing intact. For a busy dog, this is a GREAT toy.

This is absolutely my dogs' favorite toy. They can't get enough of it. I give these to all my friends who have dogs, and they rave about it. It's as much fun for dog parents as it is for the dogs. The noise the chicken makes is what makes it so much fun!

Our dog REALLY enjoys his flying chicken! This is his second one. He's chewed this up playing with it so much!!

We live in Australia and were put onto Amazon for this toy for our Dog Herman. Herman LOVES this toy so much. I am very happy we bought 10 of them! I have given some to my friends. Thank you for the prompt postage, everything arrived very well packed and the toy itself is a massive hit with my dog. Thanks so much.
