A Good Replacement
This video doorbell was a replacement for another one which was stolen. Could not find a camera replacement. I like the handsfree intercom when the doorbell is rung. The tamper resistant setup suits my needs. The video clarity is not as sharp as the previous camera. The camera housing is a flat steel color (would have preferred a white coating on the metal). Good Product, Bad Seller
Receive incomplete package, when ask SVAT answer this product was discontinued, seller answer don't know nothing about missing parts, what a shame this product works

I ordered this system to work on 2 doors and they sent only the receiver for the second door. I then ordered another complete system and again they sent only the receiver not the push button for the door and charged the full $ 149.00. so I have spent over $ 450.00 and still only have a system for 1 door. I am not a happy camper.
