I bought this punch to use for my Franklin-Covey (7 holes) and Cambridge (5 holes) binders. It didn't work for either one of them. The heads cannot slide all the way across the body. This limits the patters which can be punched.

This product works great with my 7 ring Day Runner 8 1/2" x 11" organizer. Which is the reason I purchased this product. It has a sturdy almost all metal construction the base being the only plastic part on it. This product says it has a 11 sheet capacity, but note that it can only do 5 sheets when using 7 heads. The 3 heads at each end are fully adjustable up to 4 inches while the center head only has 1 inch of space for adjustment. This product is perfect for personal use. I recommend it if your looking for a 7 hole punch for your Day Runner organizer don't waste your money on their plastic, breaks in one week hole punch that day runner offers on their website.

Supplier response to this purchase was exceptional (ahead of schedule delivery). However, product quality left something to be desired. Body of the hole punch was well-built and functional. But, four of the seven inserts appeared to be "seconds" wherein the front-to-back paper slot was not of equal width making insertion difficult.
