I received my woodscape artkit as a gift, and have loved the experience of creating a mountable artpiece. It is part puzzle, part fine art.
The kit provides easy, detailed instructions for creating your lath art, so named because the pieces in the kit are made of layers of soft wood. All the materials you need - paint, picture pieces and even a wall mount are provided in the box it arrives in. When you have finished, you have a one-of-a-kind piece. Slight differences in the wood textures and surface mean that you create a distinctive wood painting.
The added pleasure? It's a wonderful way to relax and destress.
