This review is from: SaaS - The Complete Cornerstone Guide to Software as a Service Best Practices Concepts, Terms, and Techniques for Successfully Planning, Implementing and Managing SaaS Solutions (Paperback)
This book is so bad that the author didn't even bother to put his or her name on it. The book's contents do not come close to meeting the expectations developed through review of the title. The "author" and Amazon should hang their heads in shame. Thanks for wasting my time!
