Based on the original story by Hans Christian Andersen. Prince Lothar, a sworn enemy of Prince Justin, strikes a bargain with Hedwig, the evil Sea Witch, promising to deliver Justin to her in return for gold. Bobo, the blowfish, hears about this and tells Marina, the Little Mermaid. Marina, who is in love with the human Prince Justin, tries to warn him. But she is too late. Hedwig takes Justin to her underwater grotto. Things get worse when Marina's hour as a human is almost over and she is a long way from the sea! But with the help of a friendly bear and her sea friends, perhaps Marina has a chance!
