Made by Sabatier, a well known manufacturer of fine cutlery, this cutting board is a practical as it is beautiful. Wood cutting boards are the best surface to use with fine cutlery as they are less likely to dull knives than some other surfaces. Our board is nicely sized at just over 10" by 7.8". It is just under an inch thick so it is substantial enough to resist cracking but not too thick to be easily portable. Use this cutting board at the bar or for chopping vegetables or meats by the sink.

This is the perfect little cutting board for cutting up some vegetables quick for a fast meal. Not too large, not too heavy, with a gripper hole in one corner (that also makes it easy to hang!) this is ideal for the small and cramped kitchen. It fits in the cupboard right behind the plates...or can hang from a peg. I love it.

I've had this cutting board for several years now, and it hasn't warped or given me any other reason to complain. It's an excellent cutting board for a small family, couple, or single cook.

I guess I shouldn't have used the dishwasher to clean these as they warp quite a bit. Otherwise, not bad.
