I really wanted to buy Sabio Storage CM1-MINI-1000 instead of the Hitachi G-CONNECT, because it says it is fully compatible with both Mac and Windows. Before I spend my hard-earned money, I need answers to the following questions:
1. Is the Network Port Gigabit Ethernet? Their spec says it is fast Ethernet.
2. How many HD video streams does it support concurrently?
3. How many users does it support concurrently?
4. What type and speed is the CPU?
5. How much memory does it have?
6. What is the maximum of memory does it support?
I asked Sabio the questions on their website two weeks ago, but I still have not heard back from them and I doubt I ever will. Why would anyone buy from a company that failed to answer questions from a potential buyer? I guess they probably don't want anyone to compare to competitor's products or don't have the information in hand. I suppose you know what I buy now.
I'm giving them one star for the customer service.
