Hard to find in retail stores. Amazon to the rescue,
This review is from: Sabrent USB to Dual PS/2 Cable (SBT-CPS2) (Personal Computers)
I've amassed quite a collection of mice and keyboards over the years and they all were in perfect condition. The only problem was that they could not be used on my new laptop because the plug-thingies(Geek squad, please forgive my lingo) were round insted of flat like the ports in most new PCs. Instead of buying yet another mouse and keyboard, I purchased this adapter thingy and now I just plug the old mouse/keyboard into the round ends and the flat end plugs directly into my laptop. Perfect solution for a non-tekkie type

Title says it all. If you are looking for a product that is universal, I suggest purchasing the "TRENDnet" version. TRENDnet works with several brands of PCs and KVMs. Good luck.

I had no trouble using it with a KVM and Linux, which isn't the case for several other PS/2-USB converters I've tried. I don't see any reason to spend more for a different one, so I'm back for another one.
