Sabrina, The Teenage Witch: Brat Attack! is the second game based on the popular TV show; it features the voices of all the characters from the show. Brat Attack! finds Sabrina's cousin Amanda having stolen The Beanie of Ultimate Power, an item of enormous value to the witches council, which charges Sabrina and Salem the cat with the task of returning the Beanie to its rightful place.

Players control Sabrina in her search for cousin Amanda and travel through different witch worlds in the other realm, among them The Spelleria (a witches-only mall) and a Martian ski resort. Use Sabrina's magic to find Amanda, solve puzzles, and recover that elusive Beanie of Ultimate Power!

Review

Hurrah! This sequel to the first Sabrina program is so much better than the original! Kids steer Sabrina through all kinds of venues- her home, the mall, The Other Realm- in search of Salem the Cat, who's turned up missing. As Sabrina moves about, she finds and collects spell ingredients she'll need later on to thwart nasty creatures and solve problems. With a bit of logic, ingenuity and luck, kids will help Sabrina find and rescue Salem- and then the real adventure begins! It seems that Amanda the Brat has stolen the Beanie of Ultimate Power, and unless Sabrina can get it back, she'll be turned into a cat, just like Salem! Testers enjoyed the game, finding it fairly easy to get started with and just tricky enough to keep playing. They loved stumbling upon one secret place after another, and got a real kick out of making and casting spells. Those bad guys don't stand a chance. Kids did get stuck once in awhile and had to ask for help. Younger kids, too, needed help getting started. Those criticisms aside, we are happy to find such a strong game designed with girls in mind. The program is so deep in content that we've played for hours and have yet to make it to the end. This one gets a big thumbs up.
Teaches: logic, game play

4.0 out of 5 stars A christmas present December 30, 1999
By A Customer
I bought this for my nine year old daughter who is a devoted Sabrina fan (aren't we all) for Christmas. She started it at about 10am Christmas morning and had finished it by Boxing day evening! Initially she wasn't confident but once she got the hang of the simple operations she very quickly worked her way through the levels. She particularly liked making up spells to zap the creatures she met on each level. From a Mum's point of view it is good to see a game with such a positive female role model and I think it will be a very good introduction to other games.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sabrina The Teenage Witch CD Rom Review. May 13, 2002
A Kid's Review
It was very enjoyable and fun to try to find all the ingredients for the potion. I was on the edge of my computer. It wasn't very hard once you had figured out how to do it.I enjoyed finding Amanda and going into the other realm. Salem was funny especially by the remarks and jokes he made. I played this game over and over again and I never got bored. Out of all the computer games I have played this is by far the best.I would give it five stars.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Game But Challenging May 21, 2001
By Jasmine
At first when I got this game for my birthday I thought it would be extreemly easy like the first one. It is very challenging but remember you need to have spells at all times or you're in trouble. I thought that I would be done with it in a week. Come to find out it took me about 1 in 1/2 months to complete it. At the end it just stops and goes to the main screen. But after all that time andhard work it all payed off.

2.0 out of 5 stars Nice game, but buggy August 4, 2001
By A Customer
My nine year-old daughter liked playing this game, but the program is filled with too many bugs & glitches. We called the software support help-line and talked to a perfectly nice guy who had no idea how to help us (it turned out that he knew next to nothing about the Sabrina software). In the end, we finally gave up and left the software on a shelf, where it sits today. Very frustrating!
