nothing new, March 23, 2008
This review is from: Sacha Baron Cohen: The Unauthorized Biography: From Cambridge to Kazakhstan (Paperback)
This book reveals nothing new about its subject who is famously private and clearly likes it that way. In an attempt to cash in on the Borat phenomenon the author is milking a very thin cow indeed as she has not been able to secure an interview with anyone who can offer any insight.
Her asinine habit of using words with a line through them when offering a personal opinion is unforgivable. Her editor should be ashamed.
Dont waste your time. Buy the Borat comedy book and relive the fun because this biog offers nothing.

Extremely badly written, July 21, 2009
This review is from: Sacha Baron Cohen: The Unauthorized Biography: From Cambridge to Kazakhstan (Paperback)
I'd agree with the other reviewer. The book is extremely badly written and requires a good editor. The style (or lack thereof) made me cringe.
