Wendy M. Johnson shares her personal story of overcoming abuse. Wendy had grown up in an abusive home environment. She had battled with her own addictions for years. At age 23 she joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and found her source of strength to heal. She battled with depression, anger and feelings of worthlessness. Wendy explains how she felt like giving up the battle to heal. Finally, after searching many worldly promises of healing she found that true answers to healing occur through the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is a remarkable story not matter what faith you belong to.
