This CD is worlds apart from what's unfortunately become the mindless pap of the typical "New Age" sound: it's brimming with spirituality, fine musicianship and complete originality. Beautiful in all respects -- it will sooth your soul & lift your spirits!

Sacred Light is an amazing accomplishment, full of warmth, spirituality, and fine performances by four outstanding musicians. The album is a beautiful blend of voice, harps, 'cello and flute performed together in a sacred, reverberant space. I particularly like the fact that the music is both accessible and substantial, which is to say that it should appeal to a wide range of listeners. The song "Great Ocean" stands out for me as a song with real staying power. I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to this CD.

I am not a huge fan of new age so I am hesitant to call this CD by that title, it is more like relaxation music. Sacred Light is perfect for calming you down after a rough day or just bringing a little more light into a already great day. Whatever the case Sacred Light is a great CD and Ruth Cunningham has taken a strong step into her first solo album.

Warmth and sunshine and pleasantness, together with peace and tranquility and contentment envelope you as you relax with this beautiful CD. It's like a massage for the soul.

I recently purchased this CD, and I'm very glad I did so. The production is crystal-clean, the graphic design is gorgeous, and the performances are exquisite. My favorite track is the first, "As Long." The CD works wonderfully as background music while I do calligraphy, and I can see how it would be equally effective in tandem with healing modalities such as Reiki or massage. I'm also particularly impressed that apparently some of these tracks were improvised on the spot.

Highly recommended! The music is soothing and relaxing. Most meditative.

When ever I listen to this CD I am inspired by the way each performer stands out individually yet completely blends with the other musicians at moments so that it is hard to tell there are three people playing. The music is inspiring and uplifting, carrying one away from this world. Wonderful music for relaxation and reenergization!

Almost all of Diana Stork's performances are original works. She is a composer and performer unlike any other. She always brings us something new and beautiful.

This CD, with Ruth Cunningham, is as soothing and healing as it is original. It can be heard over and over and still be fresh and new.

This C.D. is my "transportation vehicle." It keeps me relaxed and uplifted as I drive about the city carpooling and moving from one activity to the next. The flute and harp music make all my transitions easier.
