I already own the CD and bought a copy for my bestfriend and prayer partner. I found this site by looking for a site that would have the words to the songs on the CD. I am so glad that someone dared to give us (Christians) something that can minister to our marriages in every area. I mean, Bishop Jakes, went where most preachers and pastors dread, the bedroom of married couples. We need this, because we have questions and are afraid to express our true thoughts. The only music has been secular music that is vulgar and promotes adultery and I needed something that I could feel good about my relationships with my HUSBAND and my GOD. This is something we can actually use to help teach our children God's principles of love. Bishop and Sister Jakes, thank you and may God richly bless you forever and ever, Amen. Also, God's blessings upon the artists featured on this recording.

Every night when I'm working, wife's in the bedroom asleep, I access Bishop Jakes' website and listen to the CD. I experience a wonderful mixture of tears of joy, anger, and triumph everytime I listen...

I am totally helpless against "Lord I Lift Her Up To You"; it says exactly how I feel about her and the hurts she's going through. The tears of anger swell up in me because I can't make the pain go away. I can't stop her tears. I can't heal every hurt. It frustrates me, but I've learned that God is taking care of her too....

"Satin Sheets", "Holding you Close", and "When God Gave me You" gives me different tears; tears that proclaim my unyielding attraction and affection for her.

This is truly a blessing that has been needed for so long! I never understood why "Religious Folks" seem to think Christian Couples don't need any outlets for Romance.

Our Seventh Anniversary is coming up soon, and I'm surprising her with a little get-away , just the two of us, and I'm gonna shower her with gifts, including the CD and the book, and we're going to MARINATE in it....Thank you Bishop Jakes.

This CD is the Bomb! This album is unique and neccessary for Christian couples. There are not a lot of songs out today explaining the love that Christian couples experience when God is put in the relationship. This CD is the one if you are looking for beautiful love songs.

I received my copy of the Sacred Love Songs CD today. My husband and I listened to it together. It was awesome. Every song was right on time. You know, it feels good to be able to set the mood for intimacy with songs that lift up the name of the Lord. This piece of work was well worth the wait. I HOPE THIS WON'T BE THE LAST ONE. God gave us music and anointed musicians. He gave us love and intimacy. Let's stop acting like it's a "dirty" thing to get close and be real in all of our God inspired relationships. Then and only then will we be able to tell a darkened world that we really do have the "real thing".

Bishop Jakes has given us a lovely rendition of songs. It is so refreshing to hear such music devoted to relationships between men and women. The songs are down to earth and just an inspiration to listen to. I enjoy all the songs and listen to the songs over and over. Thanks Bishop Jakes, we love you and your ministry.

These songs demonstrate how God created us to love each other. This is what a MARRIAGE is suppose to feel like. We now have a clear picture of God's design for MARRIAGE rather than Madison Avenue and the rest of the ungodly world. Thank you Bishop. It is truly beautiful. This is a blessing from the Lord. I enjoy lovemaking music and since my husband and I are both Christians now, there was nothing for us to listen to until Bishop Jakes came out with this soul-stirring CD. We can now enjoy love songs and there's no guilt and no second guessing if it is right or wrong. I feel more close to my husband when I listen to this and it makes me realize that God was in the midst of our joining together.

I am a 28 year old minister who is fairly new in her marriage. I am trying to understand this new life with this new man. I often prayed that my love will deepen for my husband and it was not until, we purchased and reviewed "Sacred Love Songs", that I experience the ansewer to my prayer. When I was hearing the song, "You are my Ministry", I felt a powerful annointing of love for my husband fill my soul. I then understood fully, why God had put us together and why we must remain together at all cost. My husband is my ministry. Bishop Jakes has really gotten into the hearts and minds of millions of women not to forget the men. I'm a singer as well as a writer of gospel music and for too long have desired to write such songs but was afraid of the magnitude of critics that would evolve.I overcame that many years ago, so to Bishop Jakes we truly salute you.
