i bought this book knowing Daniel Singer to be a much respected Alexander Technique teacher. i bought the book because it was so cheap and i'm left in awe of the simplicity and beauty of its words. wonderful lessons for life on experiential scales both universal and mundane.
thoroughly impressed. i recommend it for anybody interested in self growth. for Alexander Technique teachers and students i think its fabulous companion reading to some of the more traditional texts. |
