The vendor was prompt and responsive re the disappearance of the ordered item but per various communications it was apparent that the estimated shipping time frame was not clearly disclosed-ie that 'sometimes' items took a month to arrive. I ordered the book on 05-18 and today on 06-21 the book had still not arrived. Again, vendor was professional re the refund but clearly the shipping vagaries need to be disclosed up front.
