Like a beautiful box of magical assorted chocolates that turn out to be sumptuous AND perfectly healthful and nutritious, Sacred Sexuality: A Manual for Living Bliss is an absolute delight! The material is diverse and tantalizing, chock full of high quality ingredients, and when you partake you end up nourished and full. Savor this book slowly, morsel by morsel, and don't be afraid to try something new!

Dr. Michael Mirdad has synthesized spiritual insight and practice with ancient sexual wisdom. If you are wondering if there is more to sex than a lustful quid pro quo or groping your partner furtively in the dark, if you have been wounded sexually through abuse, addiction or ignorance, if you have been seeking a way to integrate your spirituality and sexuality, or if you desire to steer your sexual life to the high road, you must read this book.

The banquet is set with an excellent discussion of what sacred sexuality is, how it relates to healing and an historical overview. This book truly is unique. Like no other book I've ever read, it is a marriage of body and spirit. Not merely a sex manual, the physical, sensual, spiritual, and mystical are gracefully and tastefully interwoven throughout the pages of this explicit and beautifully illustrated manual of instructions for the blending of sexuality with spirituality. Additionally, this book is an interesting, informative, and sensitive blending of sexual physiology, energy systems, psychology, and the sacred art of Tantra. It's many clearly-explained exercises focus not only on increasing sexual pleasure but also on promoting overall health and well-being.

In "Sacred Sexuality: A Manual for Living Bliss", Michael Mirdad has put forth a true teaching of the experience of sacred sexual union. With respect, dignity and diversity, in a manner that is instructive and informative, he leads us to a conscious sexual awakening. He does this not from a merely sexual perspective, but from the truth of our divinity as beings capable of living bliss within the Christ consciousness.

Of particular importance is Michael's gentle ability to encourage us to heal our sexual wounds and traumas through the love of conscious partnership. All throughout the book, he stresses the importance of honor, respect and safety, with the ultimate responsibility residing in our own healthy discernment as we seek sacred partners.
