Very soothing--flute with electronic keyboard, long sustained notes and some occasional background percussion and occasional nature sound. 9 tracks, totaling 66:17 minutes or a little over one hour, this CD was a Visionary Awards Winner from Coalition of Visionary Resources. This is definitely music you could use for meditation and visioning. It is also very peaceful, very relaxing and it feels sacred and spiritual.

Listening to this music, you can easily visualize a land where the buffalo once roamed, in the first hours of the morning. A crisp, damp mist hanging over the land, while a single Native American man plays the flute. He sends his music to the Heavens, praising the Divine Being for all that he has been given. You might also vision the sun coming up, burning off the mist, and visions of ancient warriors dancing throughout the day and beyond the sunset while the music is played. The tracks are:

1) Early Morning Mist (6:13)
2) Sacred Space (9:38)
3) Astral Plane (7:33) - has a particularly noticeable vibration within it (to me)--very powerful. It "feels" like its name.
4) Into Euphoria (5:28)
5) Shores of Atlantis (6:40) - it begins with the sound of waves and seagulls and gives me a certain warm energy chill. Could it be a reminder of a past life for me?
6) Temple of Light (7:17)-- this is another one that gave me chills. I actually feel it big time in my crown chakra.
7) Open Your Heart (5:42)-- I felt this one radiating through me and across my back, from one side to the other. Some would say the feel was similar to being hugged by angels.
8) Place of Forgiveness (6:51)
9) Spirit World (10:48)--OMG! Starts with a chant and the sounds of wind. You might even be able to mentally see the spirits, if you are a visional person.

I started trying to describe each track, but this is a CD where it is difficult to differentiate between the "feel" of each, although I was able to provide some brief descriptions. They are all beautiful and flowing. I highly recommend this CD if you want relaxation and beauty and most definitely for those on a spiritual path. Visioning and meditation are a plus, but are optional. At the very minimum, you could use this CD to drift off to sleep. What a beautiful CD!!! OMG, you can just close your eyes and bathe in its vibration!

I met Mr. Blue Feather today at a Mind/Body/Healing Expo in the Philadelphia area. He had a very peaceful energy around him. Listening to this CD, I am not surprised. If you have an opportunity to hear him in person, DO IT!

Listening to this CD lowers my blood pressure, increases my patience and lengthens my lifespan (and those are the downsides).

Seriously, I cannot praise this CD enough. Have purchased another by Mr. Blue Feather and can't wait. Am listening to Sacred Space now. Relaxing and beautiful don't do the man's work justice. It is magical.
