Sacred Space provides insightful thoughts for relections and a peacefullnes in today's ever busy world.... When I introduce others to this book or give this book as a gift, the overwhelming response is "thanks, I use it daily"....

I've been using Sacred Space for prayer, first on the web and then ever since it came out in print. It is a wonderful aid to meditation on the Readings of each day of the liturgical year. I especially like the introduction to each week, which sets the theme and outlines a way to pray the Scripture. If you are new to Ignatian Spirituality it will be a wonderful introduction. If you have made an Ignatian Retreat or have been praying daily with Scripture, you will find this to be exactly what you are looking for. I've given copies as gifts and haven't found anyone who didn't love it!

I have been using Sacred Space in my daily devotions for a year now. I couldn't wait to get the new one and be ready for 2010. What makes this devotional guide unique is the very personal interaction with God that it encourages. You read, but then you reflect. Each day you are encouraged to talk to Jesus as if He was sitting or standing beside you. That alone brought my time with the LORD to a whole new level. I know I will order this little book each year for many years to come.

This begins the third year for me to start my day with Sacred Space. I really believe my days are all the better for it, not that I connect with EVERY reading, but I do with most...and sometimes I wish I could meet some of the dedicated Jesuits who share so much with I'm sure so many.

It is difficult to review Sacred Space in depth as it is not meant day by day rather than straight through. It is an excellent aid to daily prayer and reflection with guided reflection and a short scripture reading for each day of the year. I first used the 2009 edition and found it very helpful. I recommend the current 2010 edition to any Christian needing to enhance her/his focus for daily prayer.

I love this spiritual guide! The format is wonderful! I have a busy lifestyle but I find this devotional book simple to follow. It is written beautifully. I look forward to using this everyday.

I've found this book to be a really helpful prayer guide as there's an excellent balance between a guiding structure that you can use each day and week and free space/opportunities for reflection that you can personalise to suit your mood that day. I'd really recommend it to anyone wanting some inspiration to boost their prayer life.

When you cannot go on line to visit, this annual manual is a great home away from home. This little book is a gift that keeps giving; water for your roots.

This book packs quite a powerful punch. It is fairly quick to get into and then you can spend
as much time as you need to read and pray. Beautifully worded and full of good thoughts and
scripture. I love this. I do not want to be without it.
