the cd is amazing its hip and what modern in the jazz genre. the intro of the cd is very well put the rest of the tracks are amzing also like the song "Chillin" is my favorite. I was looking for a jazzy kind of cd you could chill out with and I found it and it was this cd so I am going to have to buy it! all you people that like modern jazz not that frank sintra jazz then you should get this cd!

I dont like jazz, but this album is new age jazz. After their nativwe american sound in albums 1 and 2, and the black slavery stories of the album Indigo Spirit, the religious message of their Classical Spitir album, and the oriental sound of their Moroccan Spirit, Sacred Spirit return with an african american sound like my favorite Indigo spirit album. This CD is beautiful

Being unfamiliar with this label, I was able to listen to a bit of the album and was captivated by what I heard. I have made the journey from rock to new age to trance to club and finally to acid and classic jazz. This album pretty much fuses all of the above, yet it is so very unique you will be hard pressed to find a category in which to file it. The first thing you will note is the very smooth character of the music. This is to say, the songs flow into each other even though they stand very much alone in form. Classic one line vocal samples from jazz greats are wrapped with extraordinary musicianship from the players. But it really isn't a jazz album, and it isn't a vocal album. The process will leave you saying "How did they do that, it's perfect!" Neither voice nor instrument overpowers the other. The album sends you down a somewhat mellow trancelike road for a bit, then the tempo picks up with some very upscale/urban hipness, to drop you very briefly into a couple of beautiful pieces, to finally deposit you at the end, hoping the CD will repeat itself. And believe me it did! Ever have an album make you feel like you finally found the exact music you had been searching for? This is it. This is far and away the best package of music I have in my collection...And I have alot of music in my collection. Buy this as soon as you can!

I have a slew of "chill out" records in my collection and this is by far one of the best, comparing to a couple of my favorites in the Cafe Del Mar series. The vibe is infectious, slow and grooving. I don't know anything about the label or the artist, but this record is a beautiful ride.

i recently started searching out and buying "Jazzy-Chill Out" music...and well this is the ONE and of course as the title goes there is something spiritual here !! Excellent !!

this is my first jazz album, and it is awesome. I bought it because I heard the first track playing at a bookstore and had to have it. it's great, sets a mellow yet vibrant mood, great for dinner parties.

Oh so smooth, soothing and tranquil...like a rhythmic ride on a gently rocking train at a steady speed. Soul satisfying!

One might expect this album to be mostly jazz with a dreamy, floaty feel to it. It certainly has that. But there are some unexpected curves in many of the tracks that are meant to draw us back out of dreamland into a more funky reality. The best cuts are those that stick closest to the jazz-chillout feel you'd expect from this album.

This CD is a real slow and smooth piece in some spots and in other it is very upbeat and uplifting. I bought bluesy chill out first and liked it so much that I bought this one too. They are both worth the money and I highly recommend them.

The very first Enigma cd was a great new age jazz experience that I latched on to. My initial mood feel with this cd was the same. It holds a mixture of many sounds, even a little J.J. Cale blues sound. Great with a glass of red wine! Bet you can't play it just once.
