Book Description

Churchward served with the British Army for thirty years. He claimed that, while posted in India, he befriended a priest (’Rishi’), who revealed to him ancient tablets written in an otherwise unknown language. The Rishi taught Churchward how to read this language, Naacal. The tablets described the land of Mu, The Ancient Mound Builders, Egyptian hieroglyphs, olmecs, moors and other ancient cultures around the world and their similarities.

He also claimed that he was able to discern writing from Mu on a mysterious set of tablets discovered in Mexico by an explorer named William Niven.

About the Author

About the Author:

"For centuries the cache of stone tablets outlining man's earliest civilization had lain practically forgotten in an East Indian temple vault. Befriended and found worthy by the Temple Priest, Col. James Churchward, serving in the British Army in 1868, was taught to decipher the story carved in the stones. The tablets told of a great civilization, far earlier than our own, that emerged, flourished and vanished beneath the sea 25,000 years ago. Churchward spent the next fifty years of his life piecing together the remnants of this lost continent and its legacy. These titles show convincing evidence of a single source that unites mankind with a common heritage. All volumes measure 5.5 X 8.5 and are thoroughly illustrated including maps, diagrams and line-drawings." (Quote from brotherhoodoflife.com)

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent, must have book July 22, 2009
By Dragan
Format:Paperback
If you are after the beginnings of occult symbols, this is the book. Discover the beginnings of cube, cross, Tau, swastika, sun, triangle etc. It has been a while since I read this book, but I can definitely say that this is a marvelous book and well worth the read. I for one would hate to not have this book in my collection. Regarding the ancient race of Mu, this fits in with teachings of Samael Aun Weor i.e. `Gnostic Anthropology'. Those that debunk this book side with the illusion and matrix of deception that engulfs this planet.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Sacred Symbols of Mu May 27, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Lemuria was the first Paradise on Earth. Most people that know even a tiny bit of Lemuria knows it by the name of MU. It was actually in the Pacific Ocean as a extremely large island. Reading the Symbols of Mu does explain more of the true beginning that really does place Eden as East of the Garden. The evils of Atlantis destroyed Lemuria and as the domino falls, Atlantis fell next. Symbols are the writing in the sand shown by Christ as He was asked a question. A picture is worth a thousand words. Actions speak louder than words.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not a reproduction of the Original. April 19, 2014
Format:Paperback
This book is supposed to be a reproduction of the 1933 book that I have in front of me. All of the full page diagrams have been shrink to about 1" high. I would not recommend purchasing this book as the symbols are extremely hard to see. Full page beautiful drawings of glyphs, reduced to a mere side-note in a paragraph. It is an atrocity and I would not have purchased this book if I had known this is what they had done to it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sacred Symbols of Mu May 27, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This book holds more than just talk about symbols. Symbols on rocks are the writing in the sand that Christ gave as a message to research and find truth of the real beginning of life on earth. It covers hidden messages that speaks of Lilith: the first wife of Adam. The wife that obeyed God the Father and left Adam and his desires before Eve was even a twinkle in Adams eye. Funny when I read the Lost Scriptures it tells the same messages of abstaining from intercourse. Lilith was accused of killing babies and they deemed her a demon also.
