Sacred Work should be required reading for anyone attempting to instill a loving culture in their organization. Sacred Work is a pratical, step-by-step guide that assists organiztions in implementing the principles of loving care that Mr. Chapman illustrated so well in his first book Radical Loving Care. Mr. Chapman's books are must reads for anyone working in the healthcare field or with charitable organizations.

Sacred Work is a fantastic companion to Erie Chapman's other book, Radical Loving Care. I really appreciate his practical description of how to establish cultures of loving care in all kinds of charitable organizations. This is one of those rare books that truly enables a real transformation of culture to help patients and their families. There is a real shift toward loving care going on in American healthcare culture and Mr. Chapman is that one who is leading this shift.
