The designs in this book are nice but not as challenging as I personally would have hoped. Overall it is a good coloring book just not exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for a coloring book that is less intricate this may be a good choice for you

This book has nice designs in it, though most of them are not quite as complex as the one on the cover. The printing is double-sided, but the paper is very thin. Good quality artist pens leak through, ruining the design on the other side of the same page. However, they don't seem to leak through to the next page. I would suggest possibly making copies to color rather than coloring in the book if you're using a quality medium.

used for relaxation and meditation. Coloring helps me deal with chronic pain and these images are perfect for that.

These remind me a bit of the Pinwheel Designs book by Stegenga. Some of these are a little less complicated, but most are very involved. Yantra's are similar to Mandala's. That's what this book says anyway. There are little titles at the bottom of all designs that represent beings, philosophies, etc.
