5.0 out of 5 stars Esham does it again
Esham has done it again. I didnt think he had it in him to make a bangin album. This is one of his best works yet.
Some of my favorite tracks
Unholy Knights- crazy wicked.
Nowmtalkinbout- the beat is crazy
Sacrificial Lambz- need I say more??
If you liked the Butcher Shop, Closed Casket, and Tongues, then you will definitely like this one.

2.0 out of 5 stars ummmm
Esham has been one of my favorite rappers since I was in high school. Compared to his numerous other albums, this one is only alright. It's got its share bangers on it, but there is a lot of filler. It's worth the purchase if you're a fan, but there isn't much here for newcomers.

5.0 out of 5 stars ESHAM ONE OF A KIND, June 10, 2009
This review is from: Sacrificial Lambz (Audio CD)
THIS ALBUM IS SPECTACULAR..AMAZING PRODUCTION, TIGHT BEATS, AND ESHAM BATTLE RAP STYLE LYRICS....NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART. A COUPLE OF SONGS ARE KINDA CRAPPY , BUT AS A WHOLE THE ALBUM IS SPOT ON....I'LL EVEN GO AS FAR TO SAY THIS COULD BE HIS BEST WORK TO DATE, WITH THE EXCEPTION OD CLOSED CASKET. DON'T SLEEP ON THIS ONE, ACID RAP AT ITS BEST

My favorite Esham album still remains to be A.1. Yola. That album was a masterpiece from start to finish and it will probably remain his best album. Sacrificial Lambz steps a little further down the ladder, but it still has some dope tracks. The tone of the album is very mixed, and some microphone recordings are bad. This might be due to the creative control of the album, but that's why I hold this one as a lesser album. I've managed to keep this CD in my car for a while now, and it's a great one to listen to, however, I was very dissapointed to see this album so different that Lamb Chopz. That E.P. was freakin Boss!!! As a whole that Cd would get a much better rating, even though this one has More good songs.

My favorite tracks: Garbitch, 6 Million, DSL, No Place on Earth, Nowimtalkinabout, F.U., Levies Broke, Dead Rappers, Don't Give Up, Ringtone, Substance Abuse.

Best track on the album is Livin' Legend. An Esham classic that bumps like an earthquake.

Like Esham? Get this album, but furthermore, Get Lamb Chopz!

5.0 out of 5 stars To be a sacrificial lamb was your only purpose..., November 11, 2008

Sacrificial Lambs is by far one of the sleeper releases of 2008 in any genre and should probably be called a double album. Esham shines with dozens of lyrical styles throughout the albums 27 cuts and is utterly fearless as an artist/producer. The title track, "u kill me", "garbitch", "unholy nights" and "angels & demons" capture that polarizing Esham brutality he's known for while "can't let go", "stay on yo toes" and "all pro" bang as well if not better than what you'll find from this years crop of commercial releases from rappers like Lil Wayne, Game, TI or Ice Cube. And that is what has always made Esham stand out, he does by himself what most other emcee's can't do: Make a ruthless, earth shaking album from beginning to end regardless of guest appearances or outside producers.

I would give Sacrificial 4.5 stars out of 5, the sound quality could be better and a few snoozers like "better than the best", "don't give up" and "ringtone" could and should have been left off to give the entire project a harder edge. But how can you complain when the albums first 13 songs are all flames? Rap albums drop all the time that only have 12-13 songs TOTAL and barely run 50 minutes deep. Sacrificial Lambz has over an hour of quality music and Eshams knack for reinventing himself song after song cannot be denied.

Alright, first off I must say Esham does not need special guests to make his album hot! He does it all himself!!There is only one guest really and that is Mastamind but overall this is an album for the ages is Sacrificial Lambz!I got it in the mail from amazon.com this past week and have not stopped bumping it yet!My favorite Tracks are Garbitch, Sacrificial Lambz, Nowmtalkingbout n...well the whole album is DOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If you are an Esham fan of any album I guarantee you will love this!and...if you are not an Esham fan...I'm not sure what album to recommend except like Closed Casket even though I have noticed with Esham fans they either think he is aiight or FRESH! but for sure., Sacrificial Lambz is one of Esham's BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just like the title of one of the songs on this album, this is garbage. Im usually a huge fan of E but this album sucks. Sounds like it was just thrown together, musta needed a few dollas.
