...it was a tremendous relief to listen to this perfectly produced little gem, packed full of clear, concise, practical, and inspiring material! --
Paula Russell, The NAPRA ReView, Spring 1998His instructions are meticulously precise as he guides the practitioner through pranayama, warm-ups, asanas, locks, eye focus, and deep relaxation. --
Dan Kaufman, Yoga Community Newsletter, February 1998This is one of the best audio presentations to come along in a while. McRae understands and makes clear the importance of proper alignment, the relationship between the physical and mental aspects of the postures, the many benefits of the postures, and the immediate and ultimate meaning of the practice in the context of daily life...Highly recommended for all levels of students. --
