We decided to try the SAECO Incanto RS SBS Classic after researching several "high end" automatic coffee makers, and we have not been disappointed in the choice. Easy to clean/maintain, easy manual, intuitive controls, and great coffee (and cappucino). Since we have only had the Incanto for a little over one month, it is premature to comment on reliability -- but not a single problem to date. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the coffeemaker.

We had this machine for about two months and it was great when it was working but eventually we started getting an error message that the door was not closed even though it was. I was able to reset it once by unplugging it for a few hours and plugging it in again, but a few days later we got the same error message.

We had a Jura Capresso F7 before this and ending up returning two of those because similar problems before purchasing this machine. These new automatic machines are easy to use and make great espresso, but it seems like the technology is still pretty buggy so beware.

My husband and I everyday were standing in line for our lattes at Starbucks. We have had this machine for over a year now and every day make our favorite latte drink. The machine has more than paid for itself by not having to purchase the expensive starbucks anymore. We have not had any problems, it is easy to use. Would highly recommend to anyone that loves their coffee drinks.

I got this machine from ebay because for lower price was available there.

So I have used it already for one month. The espresso is coming out a fabulous, I think better, then Starbucks, even I have used Starbucks beans. I have tried three types of beans (Lavazza, Starbucks, Costco Hawaiian (yellow package) brand), so the best taste and creamy was from Costco Hawaiian brand. Lavazza in other hand was creamy but is not strong enough.

The cleaning is easy and fast. The frothing pitcher is produced good milk for cappuccino. I don't have any problems with this machine.

I have also noticed that me and my family is started consuming more coffee. I last time I have bought Starbucks coffee was just a day before I got this fabulous machine.

Also I will to suggest a follow the user manual and if you don't now something called to CS Saeco[...]

Because remembering, its European product, so it's like a German car- amazing to drive but easy to break, if you're not followed to user manual.

I gave four stars is only because the trash container need to be emptied too often, even the last one was not full and water container I wish will be bigger.

Unit didn't make coffee-made weak soup. unfortunately vendor would not confirm defect after return, so must conclude they are all useless. Grinder could not consistently feed doser with a full shot, and sensors did not work. Major disappointment as we loved our previous incanto through its natural life.

When i first received this machine I thought it was incredible. I was in love with it for the first 3 months when it worked reliably. It has since been in for service twice in the first year for a total of about 2.5 months. The problem being that it wont stop grinding because it seems that the sensor that tells the grounds to dump into the brew group is screwed up. This has broken twice. It is broken again and now the machine is out of warranty. Fortunately it is still kinda automatic. The coffee still tastes fantastic using pre ground coffee in the chute up front. I would not buy this machine again.
