For $10 it is a good toy for a little kid who wants to do what Dora does. The only thing they could change in the design is for it to lock into the open position so it doesn't collapse into the less coordinated five year old hands.

I bought this for my 4-year-old daughter, thinking it would be a great companion to her Dora entertainment. The problem is that you can't see a thing with this. The view is very blurry and it is not durable. Within a few days, the smaller lens came loose and it is now shaking around inside the telescope. What a disappointment!

I got this telescope for my granddaughter who made a special request for one. Because of her young age, I got her this model, which is recommended for young children. However, it is only a toy. You can't really see anything clearly through the viewfinder. Very disappointing. I will buy a different model to give to her so her enthusiasm won't be spoiled by frustration.Safari LTD Telescope

We gave this Telescope to our 7 yr. old son for Christmas and he loves it. In fact, he also got a Disney telescope and he likes this Optic Telescope better.

Good telescope for first time users. Great for its price. My 4 yr old son loves to be a pirate, spy and animal rescuer like Deigo with it.

The quality of this product is terrible. Bought for my 3yr old seeking Diego adventures and you can not see anything out of the lense! Would not recommend, especially when shipping is half the cost of the product, its not worth it.

My son likes to pretend he is Diego with this Spotting Scope. Its cute, but it really does not function well to see distances. It works fine for his imagionation.

I ordered this for my daughter's 5th birthday. It is a flimsy piece of junk. I can't even focus the thing. And for the price, it probably isn't worth the return shipping cost to get my money back. Don't buy it!

Lasted a few months. Kids did not play with it that much. Maybe a boy would play with it more (i.e. pirate, etc).

My daughter is 2. She loves to explore and is fascinated with the moon and stars. I bought this so she would have a better view of these things, however, you cant see a thing. I would rather have paid for a $100.00 one knowing she wouldnt be disappointed. It collapses too easily when holding. Not even worth the $9.27 I paid for it.
