The product itself is pretty much exactly what I expected. Not as sturdy as some other products in the same category, but good for light duty. The packaging, however, did not hold up. I ordered two of these and BOTH of them arrived with damage to all four corners. The top of one of them will not sit where it should, so I just removed it. I am using it in a production shop for open orders, so its appearance is not important, but it might be to some one else. I did not bother reporting it or returning it because I needed to put it to use right away.

If it had been delivered undamaged, this would have been okay. It looks a little boxier in real life than the product photo, and the color is office-ready putty color, but otherwise fine. One star because there was a big dent in the back/side and I hate returning things. Based on other reviews, it seems to be an ongoing problem with the product. I decided to ignore the other reviews, but I'd have to say you should only order this product if you don't care about dents or are willing to keep returning thing until you get an undamaged one.
