It is great for the price
It is actually exactly what I wanted - a small file cart to fit under my desk for active client files. I had to put it together and some of the parts are plastic but it went together fairly easily and does the job.

portable files
I like the file storage but wish it was larger. I should have looked at the dimensions more closely before ordering. It is quite small and low to the ground. I had gotten one before that was larger and just loved it.

The size is perfect. The product itself is unstable and wobbly. The base clips fall off. This is not a mobile cabinet that I will use long term due to the instability.
