The arms are easy to install and completely adjustable. I am pleased with the product and recommend it to any who purchase the chair..

I bought these to go along with a Safeco chair I ordered. They are sturdy, easy to attach to the chair, and I love the fact that you can adjust the height on them. Glad I spent the extra money to get them.

Kit attached to our chair quickly and easily. Arms are heavy duty based on weight, but they look kind of cheap and out of place in an office of Aerons. It's too bad we cant find the Aeron stool for the $400 or so you can get the chairs for otherwise we would have definitely gone with one of those. At $300 or so for this chair plus arms it's still no massive bargain, but at least the product appears to be made to handle repeated use. Looks aside, I give it four stars for utility.

I was so please with this chair because of it's sturdiness and support. The footrest ring makes all the difference when I'm sitting for a long time. I do woodworking and needed a chair that had good back support, easy rolling and flexibility when bending over and back. Delivery was very fast and assembly was easy.

its not the chair, you only get the arms, its my fault but the picture confused me. so i thought i bought a chair, i got arms, good arms very heavy but i dont have a chair to put them on. the company was good about taking them back ,, I wonder how many they get back a week though with this ad.
