Includes four removable plastic tubs, each offering 5" of space for letter-size hanging files (not included). Six pullout letter-size shelves form up to 8 letter size compartments. My unit came in with a small piece of laminate broken off, so check yours carefully before you put it together. There is only one thing I do not like about this unit. You may not notice it in the picture, but the hanging file folders in the top are in 4 separate plastic holders, or dividers. So, the files do not move freely from front to back. If the hanging file folders in one section are too tight, you must pull it out of that section and insert it into one of the other sections. You cannot put as many hanging file folders into the unit as you normally would, because each section must have its own slack or unused space so that the files can be moved enough to open one up.
