I don't remember where I got my first one, but when I needed a 2nd window unit, I didn't hesitate to buy another here on Amazon. This is easy to install, looks great from the outside, doesn't take up a lot of space, and most importantly, does the job. We have a house built in 1927 with the original windows...this fit the bill. The installation instructions are easy to follow. If you need a window air conditioner support, I highly recommend this one.

The product itself is a great product and very sturdy. I use it on old casement windows from a pre-20's house and it works great. However there are two models, the AC-80 and AC-160. I ordered the AC-160 from the seller but was shipped the AC-80 model. The difference is 80lbs vs. 160lbs support. I ended up keeping the 80 lb version to avoid the hassle as I wanted it installed right away and it work with my 76 lb AC unit.
