Format: Paperback
Boys Town publishes FANTASTIC books on managing students and their behavior, but this book really hits on the challenges inner city teachers face. As teachers, we have to create positive classroom cultures that allow our students to have a safe place to learn and feel accepted. This book does such a great job at walking a teacher through the process of handling tough situations and creating a learning environment. I used this book all the time during my 1st two years teaching. You should check out other Boys Town books.
