Support is there. If you pay for it.
I have had a Safe@Office 500W for two years now. I pay the annual subscription for support and updates. I am very happy with the product and the service. You get an 'industrial' strength router/firewall, which I am pleased about as my previous consumer-grade firewall was breached by idiot hackers. It's very easy to set up. The (pdf) manual is very extensive and well...

no support
I purchased this item. Works fine as a firewall router. But VPN features do not work. All email and web contact to manufacturer is blocked. The only way to get a fully functioning unit with technical support for setup is to buy a 1 year service contract for $179. Amazon should include a footnote to the item description on their site that technical support for this unit is...
