Unfortunately I have given too many of these to friends who have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. EVERY one thanked me for such a helpful well thought out journal. It helps by walking you through every step, asking how you feel how others feel. It acknowledges the fear, the anger a diagnosis will produce. It helps to know your feelings aren't wrong or strange! It's a wonderful 'gift' of help during a time when you feel so helpless.
