Excellent illustrations and text tell a story of domestic violence between parents in a way to help the child (up to age 12 or so) feel safe and loved. Multicultural images, with police presented as friends. A Spanish Language edition is also available from the publisher. The publisher set a VERY reasonable price for such a well-done book, to encourage use by police, child protective services, and domestic abuse organizations.
