I bought several from the series because I teach a parenting class to special education high school students. The language is down to earth and easy to understand without using a preaching style. Students can relate to the narrators because they are famous people. Most of the DVDs also have real people who ask questions that most young parents might have. I think it would be useful for first time parents who are looking for some answers. It is a series that is not too over your head but not too condescending either.
