The safe starter is certified free of BPA, phthalates and other harmful chemicals. It features a silicone skin for insulation and bottle warming. Our proprietary nipple was designed in conjunction with a noted lactation expert for proper shape and anti-colic venting. The travel cap prevents spills in the diaper bag and doubles as a measuring cup to help determine feeding amount. Also comes with a storage disc for safe milk storage. Dishwasher safe.

The Safe Starter baby bottle is encased in an insulating silicone sleeve, has a travel cap with easy-to-read volume markings for measuring food intake and can be warmed in a bottle warmer or warm water. All plastics are free of BPA, phthalates and other harmful chemicals.

BEST BABY BOTTLE EVER!!!,

After buying a blue safe sippy for my son, I had to get the baby bottle for the newest edition to our family, Emma!
1. Silicone sleeve is SO easy to remove 2. I can just run the bottle (after taking off the sleeve) under hot water for 20 seconds - no bottle warmer for me! 3. The sleeve wont change temp so I can put it back on and Emma's little hands are SAFE! 4. Flow is perfect! 5. DOES NOT LEAK! 6. EVERYTHING can be thrown into the dishwasher! 7. NOT SMELLY! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the safe starter and so does Emma!

I needed that perfect gift for my cousin... I know how much these safe starters saved me and the baby didn't like any other bottle (trust me unfortunately I tried several). I had that same leaking issue that the others wrote about than wrote to the company and found out that the O ring had fallen out so I had no seal. It was at the bottom of my dishwasher!! Now tight a a drum.... sorry for the other reviewers but hey it took just a quick email and I was up and running...
