I would not recommend this item. I recently bought it for my 4 month old with my primary reason being the mirror. I wanted a safe mirror in the back so I could look at her when I was driving. She likes to look at this but kicks it constantly and so depending on where she kicks it -the mirror moves and I can't see her anymore. If your reasons for this purchase are something for baby to look at then buy it but if the mirror is your big reason avoid it - it will do nothing for you.

great for playing. keeps my baby entertained as she streches her legs to kick the buttons and see the animals pop up. she get's a kick out of it. Also, i'm able to see my baby which is the main purpose for the purchase. my baby having fun was an added in bonus.

The idea is cute, but it just doesn't work like it should. My daughter would just kick it from side to side. It should have a better way to keep it secure to the back of the seat so it wouldn't move so much. I returned it and will have to try something else.
