This cup is great. I love that it matches our "froggy" themed bathroom for our son, but wish the colors were not as muted and that the handle was more ergonomically shaped. The cup does hold a lot of water, but you don't have to empty the whole thing if it's too much! I actually preferred that it held a lot because it came in handy when we were pouring water over his body when he got too cold. I'd recommend this for sure.

Truly a good product at an excellent price... Really good invention for those trying to tackle such a feat as bath time - lol!

This pitcher is very small (think 2 coffee mugs' worth of water). That wouldn't be a problem if it did what it said it did. This pitcher seemed perfect. I already use a regular pitcher to rinse his short curly hair out and I figured with the rounded edge, I could just shape it to his forehead and pour it. WRONG! The rounded part is hard and doesn't fit well to my son's (quite normal-shaped) skull. Plus the water just goes everywhere and he gets upset and cries. My son is not even afraid of water. He was 15 months when I got this, and he loves to have me swing him back and forth quickly under the shower water. But that is not always possible, easy, or convenient when I am trying to bathe him and get him calm and ready for bed. This pitcher does not do the trick and I do NOT recommend it at all. It's so small, at 19 months, he is using it as a rather expensive, not-that-much fun bath toy, but at least it wasn't a total loss... You'd be better off with a dollar-store pitcher that has a spout.

Not for babies,

My daughter is 9 months old and has moved to the big tub. This cup is NOT for babies. Perhaps the shape molds well for little kids forheads but it does NOT mold well for babies. The water just pours right down the sides straight into my daughter's eyes. How's that for taking perfect happy tub time to a scary and not enjoyable new place :( booo. hiss. not happy.

I got this cup because my 4 year old got stitched in her forehead and was told not to get them wet. Well that is difficult with a 4 year old and bath time. This cup fit right to the size of her head and I was able to wash her hair with very minimal water getting through. Now that the stitches are out she loves to play with it in the bath, so a win win.

This product works well for its purpose. It allows you to quickly and effectively rinse your child's hair without getting a lot of soap or water in her or his face. Children also like to play with the cup during bath or pool times so it can serve double duty as a toy.

I thought this cup would work great for my 11 month old.Truth is it is way too much water and too big for her head right now. I am continuing to use a smaller cup to rinse out her shampoo. It is a great cup for 2-4 year olds. The best idea would to have a shower head type of attachent to the bathtub to rinse out the shampoo out of a babies' head. I haven't found that yet.

Save your money and use a an extra large plastic mcdonald's cup! It's cute and I use mine every tubby but really it doesn't prevent the water from going in her eyes until you tip her head all the way back....which would work with a regular cup too. The corners are starting to develop moldy areas as well which are hard to clean. A free plastic cup you could keep replacing easily so you don't have to worry about mold and soap scum!

There is nothing wrong with the cup itself. It's a bit on the small side but it is functional with a cute design on it. The problem is it has one of those huge paper stickers on it saying the company name that just WILL not come off. So now along w/ the cute frog design I have many months of looking at a deteriorating paper sticker on the side. It's just annoying and it could have been avoided.
