I recently ordered this in anticipation of our 3rd child, but returned it. I found it to be entirely too heavy and cumbersome for frequent use. I tested it out around the house for about a week, practicing locking the carseat in and folding the stroller up. I never got the hang of closing it up, it took me several tries to get it to lock shut and there were times I never did get it to lock.
After I cleaned up my old Grace stroller and sat it next to this one, I realized just how big this stroller is. My 7.5 year old easily fit in it!
The fabric is very nice, the basket is wonderfully huge and it strolls very smoothly (even with my 7 year old in it!), but I returned it because of the logistics of folding and lifting such a heavy stroller that I couldn't get to lock half the time and trying to deal with such a large stroller in tight spaces or crowds.
