I use it all the time. I wish it were a bit lighter, but I live in a studio so I utilize all the vertical space, so I use this very frequently. It's tall enough and safe enough, and gives you something to hold on to so you don't lose your balance. Good buy.

I've had this ladder for some time now and it's holding up really well, still in great working condition and we've used it a lot. It feels really stable when it's open and the steps are wide enough to be comfortable. The height is good enough for most needs around the house. It's metal so a little heavy but not too heavy for most folks to carry around. It's not too hard to open - make sure that it "snaps" that means it's fully open and locked. Closing is easy too, just pull up on the provided handle and it folds up again. I have no problems with it.

Use it quite a bit, no issues so far. Folds up easily and quite flat. Only complaint is that it is a bit heavy.

I like this ladder because it allows maximum safety when you work with it. I have had a safety issue with a few other ladders but this is the furst one which is impossible to slip or lead to an accident. It is durable, light and elegant. Overall I am very satisfied and this is a great product.
