The Peachtree Business Care Plan (which includes product upgrades, updates, and customer support) will be renewed automatically each year on the anniversary date of your purchase unless you terminate your agreement prior to that date. Renewal is not required to continued access to product updates for supported versions.
16. Multi User licenses available in of packs of 10, 15, 20 or 30. A maximum of 30 licensed, named users is allowed. Only the first 30 named users selected in the user maintenance screen are considered licensed, named users.
17. Support Specialists are available from 8:30 am until 8:30 pm ET Monday-Friday, and reserve the right to limit calls to 1 hour or 1 incident.

I'm torn! I love it and hate it. I'm giving a third star because the programs powerful features and depth deserve much credit. The design is flexible and capable, still, there remain some nagging technical issues which on several occasions have made me seriously reconsider my purchase and some user experiences could be improved upon. Still, this software deserves serious consideration.Some knowledge of advanced accounting principles are required to effectively use this program. This is good software. It is powerful, well rounded and solid in design. It has a broad scope of features giving it broad appeal and effectiveness. I don't believe there is anyone who will use all its features to their full potential. Premium is one of few that offer serial number tracking. The automatic save feature is reassuring. Peachtree's parent company SAGE is a market leader and their continued support and improvement of their products make this product a good investment. This is a good choice, but ... The software is occasionally unstable. Once or twice a year I have to reload the software. Typically, the program opens but does not recognize my company data and will not allow transaction processing. SAVE YOUR DATA! But, beware your automatic save settings (2010 New feature). Incorrect settings filled 500GB in two weeks and crashed my system. Customer service is helpful, but you pay after 30 days. There is no upgrade pricing. Software improvements are routine but require purchase of a complete new license. No credit recieved for your previous investment(s). I originally purchased 'Complete' version and after one month realized I needed serial number tracking only found in 'Premium'. I paid twice! Upgrades (new versions) are not seamless. Integrating previously purchased add-ons can be complicated. My FAS client/customer tracking stopped working after updating my software from 2007 to 2010. Integration should be "push button" instead of requiring me to become a low level computer programmer or pay for assistance. User experience is not sufficiently customizable. Fonts are small and there is no resize functionality for work surfaces common many other software. Navigation feels tedious in comparison to others. One is forced resize screens and fonts through the operating system which is laborious when frequently switching between screens which is typical. Ease of use (art and utility) is somewhat behind others. Accounting is complicated enough without making the navigation more difficult or the experience more uncomfortable. Help/Index menus are not as well developed as I expected. Peachtree markets constantly. Repeat offers fill my trash and my email is routinely solicited. It comes in waves but be prepared for the unwanted attention after your purchase.

Yo quisiera que Peachtree 10 sea mas facil de insertar direcciones de vendido a, y tambien el poder separar las ventas de acuerdo a zona de venta por ejemplo una venta a cuenta 40000, otra para 40001 etc. Por lo demàs estoy muy contento con esta verciòn
