Best in the series, still boring,
By
This review is from: Sahara Crosswind (Rendezvous with Destiny #3) (Paperback)
This book is definately the best in the series, but it still plods on, which is quite a feat in a 200 some pg book. The danger never seems all that threatening. You get the feeling the author did a lot of research and just wanted to present it, only he didn't really know how to do that gently and with finesse. There are long conversations about the life of the desert people, all semi-interesting but certainly more often irrelevant than not.
