Whether you're just beginning your journey toward living a more purposeful life, or have been on that path for some time, this book offers a plethora of wonderful and helpful tools and information. I was pleased to read that I am already employing some of the techniques which the author suggests for getting in touch with what you really want and manifesting it in your life; there are many other tools described in this book that I look forward to applying in my own life. The book is clearly and beautifully written, with exercises provided at the end of each chapter. "Sail Into Your Dreams" is an important book for these rapidly changing and sometimes confusing times. Karen Mehringer is a gifted new author, and a loving and nurturing spirit. I recommend this book to anyone who has ever questioned his or her life's purpose.

OH I love Karens book, she writes effectively. This author has amazing ideas in which to grow towards wellness and health. The book is writen with ease in reading. I am really inspired towards a higher sense of personal and spiritual growth. Everyone can be positively affected by all the concepts she shares. Please read this book. I am invigorated!
