This review is from: Sailor Moon - Introducing Sailor Venus (TV Show, Vol. 5) (DVD)
SAILOR MOON continues on DVD with this fifth volume of episodes heralding the arrival of Sailor Venus (Mina).

Contains the following:

"Too Many Girlfriends" - Andrew's girlfriend has been accepted to study in Africa, but the Negaverse intervenes when it is discovered that she is a carrier of a Rainbow Crystal.

"Grandpa's Follies" - Raye is heartbroken and worried when her grandpa starts behaving oddly. Could the Negaverse be at work?

"Kitty Chaos" - Luna finds herself the unwitting object of affection for a strange overweight cat, who becomes the target of Zoycite.

"Tuxedo Melvin" - To win Molly's affection, Melvin disguises himself as Tuxedo Melvin, but comes under the wrath of Zoycite.

"Sailor V Makes the Scene" - A new Sailor Scout has arrived. She's brave, blonde and beautiful. Could she be the Moon Princess that the Scouts have been searching for?

"A Crystal Clear Destiny" - Sailor Moon and the Scouts prepare for the ultimate showdown with Zoycite.

Yet another quality release of the cult anime series!

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice, but where is Sailor Venus?, July 3, 2004
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Sailor Moon - Introducing Sailor Venus (TV Show, Vol. 5) (DVD)
Sailor Moon is a great show, but if you're new to it and want to see all the scouts at their best, or are a fan of Saior Venus and this is your first DVD, buy the next one too. Sailor Venus only apears twice, and you never see her transform. Her attack is used twice, and we don't even learn about her human identity! Sailor Moon is really a great show, but buy in bulk when buying the DVDs.

5.0 out of 5 stars Super Cool!, August 4, 2004
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Sailor Moon - Introducing Sailor Venus (TV Show, Vol. 5) (DVD)
I am Sailor Venus' number one fan, and this is the best! Sailor Venus is in here a lot, PLUS!!!!! We get to see Serena transform into the Princess...FINALLY!!!!!! This is super cool, and I give it 5 stars! I am a Sailor Venus fan, not really a Serena fan but this is really cool. Sailor Moon is not really tough, she's a crybaby, she's pretty funny sometimes, though. Anyway, the point is, as the Princess she is totally different! She's like...A different person. But then, when she changes back, she's just normal Serena again. But then, later on in the show, she became more mature. She really changed through all of the seasons, especially in the Sailor Stars season, but no matter what, inside she's always the same Serena. That's ok, though. Because if everyone was serious, the show would be reeeeeeeeeeeeeally boring. And Sailor Moon can not be boring. If it was, nobody would want to watch it, and...That's bad. But, in the Manga, it's always boring because...Nobody's like Usagi...Usagi isn't even like Usagi! And guess what!? HARUKA! Of all people, Haruka! Is a little...Just a little like Usagi! And Usagi! Is a little...Actually a lot. Like Haruka!! When I read it I was so mad! I couldn't believe it! That peppiness is what makes Usagi Usagi! Anyway, I'm just rambling! I'm not even talking about the DVD! Well, what I was saying...The DVD is very good, and I recommend it. Anyway, USAGI and HARUKA of all people! I just can't believe it! It's insane! Crazy! A disgrace! I just can't believe it! Naoko-Chan, why?

This review is from: Sailor Moon - Introducing Sailor Venus (TV Show, Vol. 5) (DVD)
this is the fifth dvd of the dubed version of sailor moon. i think the dub is nice becuase it holds a lot of memorys for a lot of sailor moon fans. and it remined a lot of people of the old toonami that is no longer on tv. the episodes on this dvd are.

-too many girlfriends
lita (makoto) tells andrew (motoki) that she will give him cooking lessions serena (usagi) also likes andrew and taggs along.

-grandpa's follies
rei finds chad (Yuuichirou) sleeping on the steps of her temple. her and her grandpa let him stay. reis grandfather is targeted by the negaverse.

- kitty chaos
this is a fun episode where a cat named hercules (rhett butler) falls in lovde with luna. the cat is being targeted by the negaverse.

-tuxedo melvin
melvin (umino) dresses up like tuxedo mask and runs around trying to protect molly (naru)

-sailor v makes the scene
sailor venus apears in this episode makeing that a total of five sailor scouts (senshi) this was a very exciteing episode. in both the dub and the sub. not too much was cut.

- a crstal clear destiny
first we learn that sailor venus is named mina (minako). then serena (usagi) follows darien (mamoru) too his meeting with zoycite. a lot of things are revieled in this episode.

this was a very action packed sailor moon dvd. and a ton of revolations are made.
