3.0 out of 5 stars Title
The book was okay. I liked it because it had my favorite characters in it: the Outer Senshi. I liked it enough to want to order SuperS #4 though. I would really recommend this book if you like the Outer Senshi!

4.0 out of 5 stars Very Different, July 27, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Sailor Moon Supers, Vol. 3 (Paperback)
If you are a fan of Sailor Moon because of the t.v. series then you have to read this! The books are totally different and much better then the television shows that are shown. The books gives Bunny a adult air and it gives you the impression that she could take care of herself. If you are like me and are getting tired of the on again of again relationship of Bunny and Darien then you will be doubly happy because in these books Darien is loving and supportive and not at all thick headed! The relationship between Rene and Bunny is better also. In the books you also get to discover that yes! Darien does have a crystal and powers that rival Bunny's and I hope he just not keep throwing flowers and toys at bad guys. This book also gives you a look at how Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Saturn are living and if they'er missing the other sailors. Artimus also turns into a real guy and although he is pretty cute, the clothes he wears are soooo wierd! I love this book though and the ending just makes you wanna scream SO WHAT HAPPENS NEXT! Even with the frustration that gives you, you are just left with a wow feeling too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Outer Senshi Rule! ^_^, October 16, 2000
This review is from: Sailor Moon Supers, Vol. 3 (Paperback)
I just recieved this little pocket mixx and loved it. My favorite senshi is Sailor Neptune, and I love how they kept the original japanese names of the outers. Especially Sailor Chibi Moon and not dumb MINI moon. bleck. Anyway, if you like the outer senshi, then the beginning of this book is the best part. The cover art is beautiful. I've seen all the episodes of SuperS and Sailor Stars, but, the manga definitely goes a bit different then the original Sailor Stars/SuperS plot. [in my opinion, the anime makes more sense ^^;;] Anyway, Sailor Stars is the best Sailor Moon series to watch. This book has great art, and I just love Helios ^_^ Chibiusa [er.. Rini rather] is cute, too. Artemis as a human, too! Its great. The end of this book is a real cliffhanger, so get #4 right after you get this one! Poor Helios ;_; well... don't wanna give it away. It's worth every cent! ^_^! ~Saint Tail~

4.0 out of 5 stars Did I ever mention how much I love the outer senshi?, September 9, 2000
This review is from: Sailor Moon Supers, Vol. 3 (Paperback)
Yes, almight Rai again. As for this book, Vol 3... it's my second favorite of the 4 Vol.'s that I have.. so far. ^^;; (Vol. 5 is my fav!) I absolutely love this book. I like how the outer senshi (Pluto/Setsuna/Trista, Neptune/Michiru/Michelle, Uranus/Haruka/Amara and Saturn/Hotaru) are introduced! They have always been my favorite. The parts where Hotaru is a baby is so cute.. where they outers are trying to raise her.. ah! so cute! I think this book has more action and fighting scenes than the other 2 for some reason... maybe not so much action, just more dramatic action. This book is definitly more serious than the last.. which I like. But hey! We all like to laugh sometimes too! I didn't see much of Chibiusa.. which I can't say is always a bad thing. But I liked the parts she was in.. surprisingly. Not that I'm anti-Chibiusa. I love the little thing, really I do. And her and Pegasus are to die for! But anyways.. the ending left me in SOO much suspense! I was like.. NOOOOO! Then I got online and ordered the next one. ^^ Talk about impulse shopping! ^^ This book is almost my favorite.. it's a really large tie between this one and the next. Features 'New Soldier Dreams' and 'Elysion Dream'. I thought this book ran very smoothly. Like, we didn't just all of a sudden change everything because we wanted to put in a part about getting into entrance exams and stuff. I liked this, because it was more of a whole episode, rather than like the 6 diffrent episodes. Get this book!

5.0 out of 5 stars The Best Yet, March 12, 2000
This review is from: Sailor Moon Supers, Vol. 3 (Paperback)
This has got to be the best Sailormoon graphic novel so far. The New Senshi appear in it, and you finally get to see what they're really like. This storyline is very intriguing, amazing, and in-depth. The artwork is breathtaking, really. I reccommend this for anyone who likes the manga. There is one dislike though. Mixx's sloppy translating, and they didn't keep Minako, Usagi, Makto, Rei, and Ami's names the same. But I am very glad they kept the New Senshi's names. (Yes, it is really New Senshi. Naoko never said Outer Senshi, that term was made up by a fan long ago). I love Saturn's new attack, Silence Glaive Surprise! It's so cool. The ending is a bit tragic, but I'm not giving it away! However, I will tell you that if you are planning to buy this book, WAIT! Wait till the next one comes out so you can buy them both at once. Because once you finish reading this, you will not be able to bear the suspense. I can't! So wait till the 4th comes out and get this book! It's spectacular! I read it in about 5-10 minutes! "People have begun their lives at last when they are able to live for something other than themselves." Hotaru says that at the beginning :)

5.0 out of 5 stars A must-have manga, February 14, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Sailor Moon Supers, Vol. 3 (Paperback)
Okay, this has to be one of my most favorite Mixx manga published so far. First of all, the outer senshi (Sailors Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Saturn) appear! Since the U.S. hasn't allowed the Sailor Moon S, SuperS, and Sailor Stars seasons to air, this may be the only chance to get to see these senshi! Secondly, the story line is great! If you've been reading the past Sailor Moon SuperS manga, then I know you'll be dying to read this one too. If you haven't read the other SuperS novels, then I would recommend reading them first, just so you know what's going on. But other than that, there should be nothing holding you back from reading this manga! Enjoy!

5.0 out of 5 stars The return of the outer senshi! We all missed them!, July 4, 2003
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Sailor Moon Supers, Vol. 3 (Paperback)
You may have heard me ranting about the other SuperS books. Unlike SuperS 2, this book has enough senshi to go around! Plus, 154 pages (give or take a few) of full story! No "Exam battle" stories! Not that I didn't like them, they just took up space that could've been used for the story. Anyways, you get to see Artemis in his human form for the first time! But the true highlight of the story is the return of the Outer Senshi (Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto for all who aren't used to the term), as well as seeing the long-awaited return of Saturn!!! Yes, she has really grown up in the 6 months between book 10 and SuperS 3! For those of you who hated SuperS in the anime, I BEG you to read this book!! No wide, gaping wound where the Outer Senshi once were. Yes, we all missed them...sniff. But they're back! And so is Saturn! Yay! (By the way, I may be only 12, but I know my anime and manga. I have been a SM fan even before its US release.)

This review is from: Sailor Moon Supers, Vol. 3 (Paperback)
This was a great book. I read it in Japanese only. I was reading other reviews and was shocked when some beleived this is where the outer Senshi make their debut. It's not. They arrive in S Series. I hope Mixx will puvlish After the R Series books so everyone will be able to read it. S seems to have a small part but really it's one of the more amazing and inspiring parts of Sailor Moon... At least in my opinion. Read them all everyone ^_^

5.0 out of 5 stars MUST READ!, April 7, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Sailor Moon Supers, Vol. 3 (Paperback)
Wow- This is BY far the best SuperS out there! Any Sailor Moon fan needs this- you meet the outers! Yes, Pluto, Neptune, Uranus and SATURN make their debut! And not just a quick little paragrah- the outers are here all the way! You'll get to see attacks by all four of them- and another big event- but I don't want to give it away! Never seen the original Japanese? Get this book and find out what you're missing! You'd be a fool not too!

First of all, this book rocks! The only bad things would be the mild nudity and some language. But I waould recommend This for any saturn fan (me) or fan of the outer senshi. And you get to see Artimis as a human (he's so cute^^)
Another bad thing: The end is a cliffhanger. I highly reccommend getting #3and #4 at the same time.

5.0 out of 5 stars A new chapter, April 6, 2000
By
This review is from: Sailor Moon Supers, Vol. 3 (Paperback)
I've read the SS series of the manga and I thouroughly enjoy this series, I think the manga is better in the anime. This volume shows a side to the Outer Senshi, them being part of a family and living a peaceful live..for now... Also showing more battles between the Senshi and the Amazoness Quartett. And SuperSailorMoon and Tuxedo Kamen dissapear....or do they? To find out, buy this, it's yet another wonderful creation made by Naoko! Ja!
