Fantastic Manga, November 20, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Sailor Moon, Vol. 4 (Paperback)
This book was so awesome, I loved it! The artwork was of course, gorgeous, especially at the beginning when Sailor Moon is fighting Metalia. And then Chibi-usa appears! This book is really funny too. I love Mercury's new attack, Shine Snow Illusion! Sadly, it's not very effective. I'm really glad Mixx stuck with the Japanese names for the attacks, like "Sparkling Wide Pressure" instead of something dumb like "Jupiter Thunder-Clap Zap." And I love the introduction of the two minor characters, Kotono and Asanuma. This is great! I love it! So far I have Sailor Moon 1-4 and Sailor Moon Super S 1-2, and I'm still collecting! Buy this book! Right now! Quit reading this and go buy it!

Beautiful Art Wonderful Story, December 12, 1999
This review is from: Sailor Moon, Vol. 4 (Paperback)
Most people only know about Sailor Moon thanks to DIC. In these NA versions of the popular manga we follow the adventures of Bunny and her friends as they defend the Earth from the scum of the universe. If you're one of those individuals who aboslutly love Sailor Moon then this book is for you. Continuing the story in what is known as the R season in the anime this story cuts right to the Black Moon family saga. Here we are introduced to Rini Sailor Moon daughter from the future who passes herself off as Bunny's cusin in order to ger the Silver Crystal. For those who are familiar with the anime this story skips the Doom Tree series. With its beautiful pictures and well written story this book (even with the NA names) is well worth it. It's well worth the wait for each volume. These books are not only great reads but great works of art as well.

a great book by Naoko as alwais, August 25, 2002
This review is from: Sailor Moon, Vol. 4 (Paperback)
After Sailor Moon defeats Metalia she finally reunites with her long lost prince in a lovely and very touching moment(my favorite part in the book) This book also reveals 2 of Darian's powers. Then the second round of enemies arrive with the very hilarious arival of Rini. Personaly i've alwais had a problem with Rey and Rini in the anime but in the manga they r so much better. Rini is so very adorable and loveable, a little braty but what kid isn't? And u can see that she is made to be the next generation of SailorMoon after winning the highest score playing the Sailor V game. And Rey is so cool(she even has a cell phone,tee-hee), mature, wise, and she so very rarely pick's on Bunny. I'm not going to tell anymore than what other's have, that Sailor Mars, Mercury and Jupiter get captured and taken prisoners by Crimson Rubeus while they try to defeat Catzy, Bertie, & Prizma. Speaking of gems, Rini has the silver crystal of the future in neclace form just like Bunny, not inside her like in the anime, which i think is logical. Anyway buy this book for backround info on Darian, Rey, Amy, Lita, the funy arival of Rini and of course the first part of the Black Moon that leaves u wanting to know how will Sailor Moon help the Sailors.
