Sailor Moon Manga Volume 8,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Sailor Moon Vol. 8 (Paperback)
This is the 2nd book of the 4 Infinity volumes. The whole story starts in the last part of Volume 7 and ends with Volume 10 (That means we still have 9 and 10 to read!). Anyway, in this book you meet the Witches 5. You only see 4 of them in action though. You also meet new senshi: The Senshi of the Ocean, Sailor Neptune, and the Senshi of the Wind, Sailor Uranus. These two are really cool. All of a sudden we see a new face- I thought Sailor Pluto died in Volume 7... Read on to the end of the book and you see Sailor Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto standing together at the end. What happens next? Well, Mixx has not translated Volume 9 but is in the process of translating Volume 10. I don't have a clue as to why they skipped around. -Sailor Pluto-

Sailor Moon Rocks my World! (hehe),
By Dolores Baker (NY USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Sailor Moon Vol. 8 (Paperback)
This is the first Sailor Moon Book I ever got and I just want to say it's fantastic!! Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus first appear in this book and Saior Neptune is my absolute favorite! The enemies that appear in this story are the Death Busters. I'm amazed at the gorgeous artwork and story which has such a great mix of humor, action, romance and even mystery at some points. It's perfect for anyone!! Even though I finished the book already I can still take it out, sit down on my bed and admire the gorgeous artwork and all my favorite parts for what seems like hours! "Sailor Moon" is filled to the brim with interesting characters, amazing storie lines, pretty pictures, and sends a message out to the world that girls can kick butt! So really, the only word you need to describe this book is just plain "magical!"

Bishoujo Senshi Seeraa Muun,
By Yuki (Nashua,NH USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Sailor Moon Vol. 8 (Paperback)
Lets, see, Well I haven't read the NA dubb version of this one, but I have read the Japanese one. Its really good, it goes to explain the other seeraa senshi/sailor scout, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus. When we first see Uranus she is dress as Tuxedo Kamen/Mask. We learn that Ten'ou Haruka, Kaiou Michiru, and Meiou Setsuna are all the outer senshi. If you have read #7 then you know that the delta is divide between the Ten'ou, The Kaiou, and the Meiou. There is also a thing called atavism, simply put, de-evolution. Naoko-sensei is a wonderful artist and the manga is drawn beautiful and also is the story, and for thoses of you how dont know YES Haruka and Michiru are going out!

Hi ya'll! Just wanted to tell you that this book is totally awsome! It has a great story line that is really easy to follow and a whole cast of characters to read about. Its drawn wonderfully and with lot's of detail. I've been a Sailor Moon fan for a long time and have read most of the comic books. But this one has always been my favorite. In my opinion, this is anawsome book and a must have for any Sailor Moon fan.

A very good story........,
By jupiter-4 (Carnegie, PA USA.) - See all my reviews

Like I have said before with the other manga books, they use the word scouts, and use the dub names but that is the only problem with this tranlsted manga. They have translated this very very well and I recommend that you purchase this book. I have just gotten it today and I love it. Oh, in case that you are wondering, this book follows the "S" season manga.

Sailor Moon Rocks!,
By Amanda M (Maryland, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Sailor Moon Vol. 8 (Paperback)
I absolutely love Sailor Moon and I can't wair for the next book to come out. I especially enjoy these manga versions because I like the characters a little more than on the TV show, especially Rini. It's also great that Naoko Takeuchi is re-releasing the comics so avid fans can see where it all started. In Sailor Moon #8, you basically get the first half of the Sailor Moon S season, with a few important changes. I won't say what changes because that gives it away, however, I will let you know that I'm dying to read the next issue after the cliffhanger ending to #8! Anyway, I totally recommend this book to Sailor Moon fans and anime fans in general.

This review is from: Sailor Moon Vol. 8 (Paperback)
Naoko Takeuchi continued her amazing manga storyline with this book superbly. It is well written and Mixx (as always) did a great job with the translations. I myself love the original version the best but I still enjoyed this one as well.

In volume 7, Sailormoon R ended, and we saw the very beginning of the next story arc. In this volume are the Witches 5. You also see Hotaru (who eventually is revealed as Sailorsaturn) and her treatment in the anime and manga are quite different. Overall great manga.
