Hey ho, the book-renamers have been at it again.

I don't posses this exact edition; but the title indicates that it contains "The Sizzling Saboteur" (from The Saint on Guard, 1945), and the picture on the cover is a scene from "The Black Market", in the same.

I therefore refer you to that opus for my review and others'.
